Jonathan Pierce is a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of courtroom experience, specializing in high-stakes criminal defense. A graduate of Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law (J.D., 2009), Jonathan began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Cook County, where he honed his trial skills in more than 100 jury trials.

Before joining Harper Law, he served as lead counsel on several landmark appeals, securing reversals in complex white-collar and violent crime cases. Recognized by Illinois Super Lawyers since 2018, Jonathan is a member of the Chicago Bar Association’s Criminal Law Section and serves on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Advisory Board for Sentencing Reform.

He is deeply committed to client advocacy, ensuring every individual receives zealous representation and a fair trial.
